Pack Off Conveyor Station

Product Overview

Engineered for Your Production Needs

Saturn Pack-Off Conveyor Tables provide efficient and ergonomic workstations for manual case packing, tray loading, product assembly and packaging operations. These systems combine conveyor transportation with customized work surfaces, allowing operators to handle, assemble and pack products directly along the production line. Pack-off conveyors can be configured with custom tables, shelves, storage compartments and packing surfaces to accommodate different products, packaging materials and operator requirements. Workstations can be positioned along one or both sides of the conveyor, with layouts designed to improve accessibility, productivity and workflow. Manual case packing stations allow operators to receive products from the conveyor and manually load them into cases, cartons or trays. Integrated worktables and shelves can provide convenient storage for empty boxes, packaging materials and completed packs, reducing unnecessary operator movement. Tray loading and assembly stations provide dedicated work areas for arranging products into trays, containers or other packaging formats. Conveyor speeds, workstation dimensions and product presentation can be customized according to the required production rate and handling process. For food processing applications, Saturn can provide sandwich-making and food assembly stations with integrated conveyors, preparation surfaces and ingredient shelves. These systems allow multiple operators to perform sequential assembly tasks while products move through the production line. Systems can incorporate PVC/PU belts, modular plastic belts or other food-grade conveyor technologies, with fixed or variable conveyor speeds. Optional side guides, product stops, collection areas and multiple conveyor levels can be integrated according to the application. Available with painted steel or stainless steel construction, Pack-Off Conveyor Tables can also be designed for sanitary and washdown environments, with accessible components and easy-to-clean work surfaces suitable for food production. Saturn Pack-Off Conveyor Tables can be supplied as standalone workstations or integrated with food preparation equipment, inspection systems, tray sealers, case sealers, labeling machines and complete automated packaging lines.
