The IPJ Series Industrial Inkjet Printers provide a flexible and cost-effective solution for printing directly onto products, packages and cases. The series includes both TIJ (Thermal Inkjet) and DOD (Drop-on-Demand) technologies, allowing the ideal printing system to be selected based on print height, production speed, substrate and application.
Depending on the selected ink, IPJ printers can print on a wide variety of porous and non-porous materials and surfaces, making them suitable for applications ranging from corrugated cases and paperboard to plastics and other packaging materials.
The IPJ Series can print production information including text, lot and batch codes, dates, barcodes, logos and variable data. Operation is simplified through a 10-inch touchscreen tablet, with additional smartphone connectivity for convenient system control.
With print heights ranging from 12.5 mm to 70 mm and production speeds up to 240 m/min, the IPJ Series can be integrated directly onto existing conveyors and packaging lines or supplied as part of a complete Saturn turnkey system.
