From product grouping to perfectly packed cases

Case Packers

Product Overview

Engineered for Your Production Needs

The CP Series Automatic Case Packers are designed to automatically collate, organize and load products into pre-formed corrugated cases, providing a flexible and reliable solution for end-of-line packaging automation.

Available in top-load and side-load configurations, each system is engineered according to the product characteristics, required pack pattern, case dimensions and production speed.

Top-load case packers load products vertically through the open top of the case. Depending on the application, products can be handled using robotic, gantry or pick-and-place systems equipped with application-specific tooling. This configuration provides excellent flexibility for products requiring controlled positioning and placement inside the case.

Side-load case packers automatically organize products into the required pack pattern before horizontally loading the complete group into an open case. Products can be arranged into rows, columns, stacks, layers or custom pack patterns depending on the application.

The CP Series can handle a broad range of products including bottles, cans, jars, cartons, boxes, pouches, bags, flow-wrapped products, trays, containers and multipacks.

Multiple product handling and collation technologies can be incorporated, including lane dividers, product stackers, servo collators, indexing conveyors, pushers, pick-and-place systems and robotic handling. This allows the case packing system to be engineered around the specific product and desired case configuration.

Cases can be supplied from an upstream case erector or incorporated case-forming system. Once loaded, the case flaps can be automatically closed and sealed using pressure-sensitive tape or hot melt glue.

Production speeds of up to 25 cases per minute are available depending on the product, case dimensions, pack pattern and loading configuration.

For facilities producing multiple SKUs, the CP Series can incorporate adjustable guides, quick-change components, recipe management and automatic adjustments to simplify product and case format changeovers.

The CP Series can operate as a standalone machine or be integrated with case erectors, conveyors, inspection systems, case sealers, print-and-apply labelers, palletizers and stretch wrappers as part of a complete turnkey end-of-line packaging system.

The COMBO models offer a compact L-bar sealer and shrink tunnel in one frame with high reliability which makes it a very popular product

Simple and easy to use machine with a user friendly interface to cover a vast range of packaged products: cosmetic, pharmaceutical, food, beverage, industrial product. Single or multipack products are manually loaded on the working table. The ergonomic sealing arm covers the heating element which creates the perfect seal. The motorized conveyor eases the product transfer into the heat chamber for the ultimate package. The integrated heat tunnel features a top, bottom and side heated air flow, twin blowers, teflon mesh belt that are all controlled with the SATU digital keypad
