Flexible palletizing automation in a compact footprint

Palletizers – Cobot

Product Overview

Engineered for Your Production Needs

The COBOT WARRIOR Collaborative Palletizer provides a flexible, compact and easy-to-operate solution for automating end-of-line palletizing. Designed for quick deployment and simple product changeovers, COBOT WARRIOR can handle a wide range of cases, boxes, cartons, trays, shrink-wrapped bundles and other packaged products.

Multiple cobot configurations are available to accommodate different product weights, reaches and palletizing heights. Depending on the selected model, the system can provide payload capacities up to 60 kg including the end-of-arm tooling, with palletizing heights reaching up to 2,600 mm.

COBOT WARRIOR can achieve up to 12 cycles per minute, depending on the selected cobot, product weight, pallet pattern and handling configuration. For higher production rates, the end-of-arm tooling can be engineered to pick multiple cases per cycle, increasing the effective number of cases palletized per minute.

An intuitive code-free programming interface simplifies operation and product changeovers. Operators can create and save palletizing recipes based on the product dimensions, pallet dimensions, layer configuration and desired pallet pattern, reducing the need for conventional robot programming.

The system can be configured with single or dual palletizing stations. A dual-pallet configuration allows a completed pallet to be removed from one position while the cobot operates in the second palletizing position, helping maintain continuous production. Configurations for handling multiple SKUs can also be engineered according to the line layout and application.

Different end-of-arm tooling (EOAT) can be supplied according to the product being handled, including vacuum, mechanical and underneath gripping solutions. Multiple-case picking and slip-sheet handling can also be incorporated when required.

Its compact footprint makes COBOT WARRIOR particularly suitable for retrofitting existing production lines where floor space is limited. The system can be supplied as a standalone palletizing cell or integrated with upstream conveyors, case packers, case sealers, print-and-apply labelers and inspection equipment as part of a complete end-of-line solution.

The COMBO models offer a compact L-bar sealer and shrink tunnel in one frame with high reliability which makes it a very popular product

Simple and easy to use machine with a user friendly interface to cover a vast range of packaged products: cosmetic, pharmaceutical, food, beverage, industrial product. Single or multipack products are manually loaded on the working table. The ergonomic sealing arm covers the heating element which creates the perfect seal. The motorized conveyor eases the product transfer into the heat chamber for the ultimate package. The integrated heat tunnel features a top, bottom and side heated air flow, twin blowers, teflon mesh belt that are all controlled with the SATU digital keypad
